The Applicant requests a variance from Article IV, Section 406 to construct a deck 18-feet from the side setback where 25-feet is required. On behalf of the owner, the Applicant Jacob Wing, 328 Lang Road, Portsmouth, NH requests a variance from Article IV, Section 405, to permit a church in the I-B/R district where it is a prohibited use.
